Megan Gallegos is the Regional Development Director for Permian Basin Counseling and Guidance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New Mexico State University. 

Prior to joining Permian Basin Counseling and Guidance, Megan served as Executive Director of a local nonprofit, for over seven years, where she gained extensive experience in fundraising, donor development, community and public relations, grant writing and reporting, strategic planning, and organizational management.

Megan is deeply passionate about helping and empowering others. She is committed to working with her team with purpose and integrity while offering hope & healing to the rural Permian Basin communities of Southeastern New Mexico.
