Jenna has worked in various settings in the mental health field including community mental health, crisis services, long term care social work, and a primary care setting. She has experience working with individuals struggling with a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, grief, guilt and shame, motherhood issues, trauma, and complex PTSD.  

Jenna is trained in EMDR Therapy, as well as EMDR for Complex PTSD and EMDR for Chronic Pain, through the Maiberger Institute. She is passionate about helping individuals heal from past experiences that negatively affect their day to day present lives. She embraces an approach to therapy that is person-centered, strengths-based, and somatically informed.

Jenna joined West Texas Counseling and Guidance in 2022 and sees clients through telehealth only.
