Jason Sikora serves as the Director of Veteran Services at West Texas Counseling & Guidance, where he leads a regional program supporting Veterans, service members, and their families across West Texas and southeastern New Mexico. His work spans mental health access, case management, housing and financial stability, employment and resource navigation, and community partnerships.

Since joining WTCG, Jason has expanded the reach of Veteran Services by growing case management, developing new sources of assistance, strengthening community partnerships, and increasing WTCG's ability to serve rural Veterans across the region. He has also led initiatives that have brought technology and other tangible resources directly to Veterans and their families.

Jason serves on the Concho Valley Workforce Development Board and as its Veteran liaison, bringing Veteran needs and opportunities into broader workforce and economic development conversations. He works with local, state, and federal partners to connect organizations, identify gaps, and turn relationships into practical resources and opportunities.

His current work includes expanding WTCG's Veteran Services presence into southeastern New Mexico, strengthening employment and transition opportunities, securing sustainable funding for direct assistance and services, and building a more coordinated regional network of support.

Prior to joining WTCG, Jason served more than 21 years in the U.S. Navy. He holds a Master of Arts in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Education, along with professional certifications in project management, business analysis, and human resources.

Jason's approach is simple: identify the gap, bring the right people together, and build a practical way to address it.

Jason operates out of WTCG's offices in the historic Cactus Hotel in downtown San Angelo.
