Marysol Músquiz is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is currently under Clinical Supervision with Mrs. Jan Lentz, LCSW-S. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Minor in Sociology from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2008. She earned a Master of Social Work, with practice concentration on Hispanic children and families, from the Worden School of Social Service at Our Lady of the Lake University in 2017. 

Marysol has worked in a variety of locations including outpatient clinic, hospital, hospice and nursing home settings. She works collaboratively with clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing and Strengths-Based Perspective to help meet their individual goals. She is trained in suicide prevention including the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) theoretical framework. She has experience and interest in working with individuals and families facing complex illnesses and end-of-life decisions, grief and loss, veterans, teen pregnancy, LGBTQ+, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorder.

Marysol embraces the practices of self-care, mindfulness & gratitude, as well as the importance of establishing healthy relationships and boundaries. She is mother of a two-legged and four-legged boy, travel enthusiast, concert-goer, and enjoys spending time with her family.
