Daniel is licensed through the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A). In 2020, he received his M. Ed. in Counseling from Sul Ross State University.
Daniel has provided counseling to individuals recovering from trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, addiction, self-harm, and anxiety. He has received recent trainings in suicide prevention, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Daniel also has experience addressing substance/alcohol abuse, emotional problems, poor communication skills, and anti-social behaviors. Daniel’s professional background includes the Department of Family and Protective Services, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
He enjoys working with adults, as well as, adolescents. He speaks both English and Spanish.
